The 3 Challenges Facing Metaswitch Forum 2010 Attendees

At the Metaswitch Forum 2010, CCI surveyed attendees who visited their booth and asked them what are the three most important challenges facing them now and next year. According to CCI booth attendees, the three challenges include:

1. Competitive threats from alternate providers

2. Subscriber retention

3. Economic pressure on subscriber's discretionary spending

Metaswitch Forum attendees who took the survey were entered to win a free iPod Touch. The winner was drawn the last day of the event: Wesley Dancy of Wilkes Telecommunications took home the prize.
